The first end plate is located on one side of the cell unit in the first direction. The binding band extends in the first direction and is coupled with the first plate so as to bind the first end plate and the cell unit. The first end plate has an external terminal surface directed to an opposite side with respect to the cell unit in the first direction. An external terminal is connected to the external terminal surface. The binding band is located on a side surface of the cell unit and is coupled with the external terminal surface.
