To this end, in the present invention, concave and convex sections are provided on a surface of at least one of cores (12, 22) for a first permanent magnetic field (1) and a second permanent magnetic field (2). The convex sections (13) are arranged along the circumferential direction at the center sections of permanent magnetic poles (11a, 11b), and the concave sections (14) are arranged along the circumferential direction at the edge sections of the permanent magnetic poles (11a, 11b).
