    摘要: An electric actuator includes a casing having a base, on which an electric motor is fixed having a stator with radially extending straight teeth and having a plurality of coils and a rotor formed by a plurality of magnets. The coils extend in a plane parallel to the base of the casing and the rotor is extended by a pinion forming a worm gear with an axis perpendicular to the orientation of the coils. The worm gear meshes with a threaded rod extending parallel to the base of the casing, wherein the threaded rod is guided at the rear by a fixed smooth bearing or by a fixed nut, with the smooth bearing or nut being rigidly connected to a cover of the casing. The axial end of the worm gear is guided by the cover and a printed circuit, to which the plurality of coils is connected, is positioned between the stator and the threaded rod.

Particularly, contact between the drive shaft and the bottom cover may be prevented, and the worm wheel may be configured to be in contact with the washer and he bush. Accordingly, different kinds of noise may be prevented from being generated according to opening and closing directions of the sunroof.

    摘要: A drive module for a vehicle includes an input extending along an axis and configured to be driven by an engine. An electric motor has a rotor carrier hub configured to be rotated about the axis. The rotor carrier hub is non-rotatably connected to a torque converter cover and is selectively coupled to the input via a clutch. The rotor carrier hub has an inner surface defining an interior, an outer surface defining an exterior, and a plurality of holes extending through the rotor carrier hub from the inner surface to the outer surface to enable oil to transfer from the interior to the exterior. This provides a controlled and relative constant oil flow for cooling the drive module.

Since a commutator and other parts are not provided on a free end side of the rotation shaft (34), it is possible to provide a brushless wiper motor reduced in length of the rotation shaft (34), and reduced in inertial mass of the free end side of the rotation shaft (34).

    摘要: A pool cleaner generator module with magnetic coupling. The generator module can include a housing, a paddle wheel, a magnetic follower, and a generator. The generator can power components of the pool cleaner, such as light emitting diode (LEDs). The housing can be removably coupled to the pool cleaner and can include a flow directing portion positioned in a fluid path of the pool cleaner. The paddle wheel can be located adjacent to the flow directing portion and can rotate in response to fluid flow through the fluid path. The generator can be magnetically coupled to the paddle wheel and can generate power through rotation of the paddle wheel. The LED can be coupled to the generator and can receive the generated power from the generator to illuminate an area adjacent to the pool cleaner.

    摘要: A torque restriction mechanism is provided by which torque cutoff and torque transmission can be reliably performed without being affected by a rotation state of the drive unit, and damage to a collision object can be reduced even with a simple configuration. The torque restriction mechanism according to the present invention includes a first clutch and a second clutch. The first clutch cuts off torque to a driven unit when reaction torque at a stationary portion of a motor equals or exceeds a first value. The second clutch that transmits torque in accordance with a rotation state of a rotor of the motor, cuts off torque to the driven unit when the reaction torque equals or exceeds a second value larger than the first value.
