In one embodiment a display assembly comprises a backlight assembly, a first display panel proximate a first side of the backlight assembly, wherein the first liquid crystal panel is to be communicatively coupled to a controller, and a second display panel proximate a second side of the backlight assembly, opposite the first side, wherein the second display panel is to be communicatively coupled to the controller.
