At least one bypass channel, connecting the unfiltered and filtered side of the filter while bypassing the filter insert, passes through the valve seat between the sealing contours. The valve body is movably guided in the housing on a housing part, the two sealing contours are offset from each other in the axial direction, and the valve body has a corresponding conical or tapered or dome-like shape in the sealing area of the valve body that interacts with the sealing contours.
