The non-driving end portion comprises a locking hole arrangement with a sequence of four holes, i.e. spaced from non-driving to driving end a first hole, a second hole, a third hole, and a fourth hole. The first hole and the fourth hole have a corresponding first orientation and the second hole and the third hole have a corresponding second orientation.
