The casing includes a second opening in communication with the first opening and a release valve that discharges gas in the casing to the outside of the casing when gas released from the battery housed in the battery housing flows through the first and second openings into the casing to increase the pressure in the casing to an atmospheric pressure of a certain level or higher.
