An axis of the brush block arm is angled between 90° to 120° with respect to the axis of the ergonomic handle portion. The coupling joint is coupled at a distal end to a rotor portion configured for rotation about the axis of the ergonomic handle portion. The coupling joint is configured as a double Cardan joint.
