The shell may have at least one portion having a multilayer plate, in which at least two plates may be stacked in a direction substantially perpendicular to an axis of a piston so as to accommodate a cylinder, the piston, which may be reciprocated within the cylinder, and a motor assembly directly connected to the piston to provide a drive force to the piston. At least one resonator may be disposed in or at at least a portion of an inner surface of the shell.
