Abstract:
A multi-phase delivery system that provides for the oral delivery of one or more biologically active agents, methods for the production of the delivery system and uses thereof for the delivery of biologically active agents to animals, as food supplements and as meal replacements are provided. The delivery system comprises at least two phases, one of which is a semi-solid matrix phase having at least one bioactive agents substantially uniformly dispersed therein.
