Abstract:
Compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2. The compositions comprise oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acid encoding acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2 expression and for diagnosis and treatment of disease associated with expression of acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2 are provided.
