Abstract:
A collar (210, 320) is secured to a conventional container (100) such that the collar (210, 320) obstructs the coupled use of the conventional container (100) and a conventional medicinal dispenser (990). The collar (210, 320) is secured to the container at a canister portion (110) of the conventional container (100) or at a valve assembly portion (120) of the conventional container (100). The collar (210, 320) may further include a spray tip (429).
