A lifter with linking rod transmission includes a frame (1) with a lifting device and movable on the floor. The lifting device connects with a loading plate (4) and includes a lifting arm (21). One end of the lifting arm links to a mechanism (23) with four linking rods and the other end links movably to the frame. The frame includes two columns, a beam and a horizontal base. The mechanism with four linking rods is provided between the columns and connects with the loading plate and the lifting arm. The device in the invention is oriented and convenient well and could be applied to the field of the garage with two floors especially due to thecantilever loading plate structure.
