Abstract:
The invention provides a method of detecting malonyldialdehyde (MDA) in a sample. The method comprises preparing a reaction bed comprising XAD-2 impregnated with dansyl hydrazine (DH), introducing a sample into the reaction bed, and determining the amount of solid phase analytical derivation of MDA to an MDA-DH product.
