Abstract:
Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verbindung zwischen zwei Keramikteilen umfasst Bereitstellen eines ersten Keramikteils und eines zweiten Keramikteils; Bereitstellen eines Aktivhartlotmaterials auf zumindest einem Oberflächenabschnitt zumindest eines der Keramikteile; und Erhitzen das Aktivhartlots in einem Vakuumlötprozess, wobei erfindungsgemäß das gesamte Aktivhartlotmaterial zum Verbinden des ersten und des zweiten Keramikteils in der Weise bereitgestellt wird, dass zumindest ein Oberflächenabschnitt zumindest eines der Keramikteile, vorzugsweise beider Keramikteile, mittels einer Gasphasenabscheidung mit der Legierung des Aktivhartlots beschichtet wird.
