본 발명의 시료 전처리 장치는 시료를 유입하는 시료유입부; 가스를 공급하는 가스공급부; 유입한 상기 시료를 감압상태에서 교반하여 상기 시료내의 분석대상물질을 기화하는 시료퍼지부; 상기 시료퍼지부의 압력을 감소시키고 상기 분석대상물질을 포집하는 시료 포집부; 및 상기 분석대상물질을 분석장치로 유출하는 시료주입부를 포함한다.
