Abstract:
The invention relates to a protective coating including at least one layer of enamel (31), in which particles having an anisotropic shape (4) are dispersed, said layer including at least one area (5) in which said anisotropic particles (4) essentially include particles (41) that are perpendicular to the layer of enamel (31) in film form. The invention also relates to an item, for example a cooking item, including such a coating, and to a method for applying such a coating to a substrate.
