A fuel storage and delivery system for a sea-going vessel comprises an evap- orator for vaporizing liquid gas or a pressure reducing valve, and an engine- specific fuel input subsystem for delivering vaporized gas from said evaporator or pressure reducing valve to an engine of said sea-going vessel. A tank room constitutes a gastight enclosure, in which said evaporator or pressure reducing valve is located. Said fuel input subsystem is also located inside said tank room.
