Arrangement for reducing friction of a drill pipe seal comprising a disc shaped base plate (1) provided with a central passage (2) for the drill pipe. A plurality of rollers (3) is positioned on said base plate. Said rollers (3) are longitudinally crossed by corresponding shafts (4) having a pivot (5) at one end and a bracket at the other. A regulator (7) of the force exerted by roller on the drill pipe is mounted on said bracket end. A regulator of the force exerted by the roller (3) on the drill pipe is mounted on said bracket. The regulator (7) modifies the pressure exerted on a spring (8) located between two stops (9). Simultaneously the regulator modifies the angular position of the respective roller (3) displacing it over the fixed point comprised by the pivot (5).
