Abstract:
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein System mit einem Zahnimplantat (10) und einem Ersatzring (28). Das Zahnimplantat (10) besitzt einen Insertionsabschnitt zur Verankerung in einem Kieferknochen. Der Ersatzring (28) dient zum Ersetzen eines subtraktiv entfernbaren ringförmigen Materialbereichs in einem koronalen Bereich des Insertionsabschnitts, wobei die Form des Ersatzrings (28) zumindest teilweise derart in die Form des Zahnimplantats (10) im koronalen Bereich einbeschrieben werden kann, dass eine innere Mantelfläche (32) des Ersatzrings (28) innerhalb der Form des Zahnimplantats (10) liegt.
