A gate (302) rotatably coupled to the second end (312) about a gate axis, and a locking mechanism (304) rotatably coupled to the gate (302) about a locking mechanism axis. The locking member is configured to engage with the first end (310), and the gate axis is substantially parallel to, and offset from, the locking mechanism axis. Additionally, the rotation of the locking mechanism (304) is in a substantially similar plane as the rotation of the gate (302).
