Abstract:
The present invention relates generally to chemical compounds and methods for their use and preparation. In particular, the invention relates to chemical compounds which are useful in relation to the treatment of diseases, disorders or conditions which would benefit from the modulation of the alpha 7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7 nAChR).
