Grab rings (47) mounted in the openings (43) have inner diameters containing teeth (61) with crests (65) defining a superimposed inner diameter (69). The teeth (61) of the grab rings (47) deflect and frictionally engage the outer diameter of inserted wires (37) to retain them in the openings (43). A sleeve (53) of insulation material covers an exterior of the conductor member (41). The sleeve (53) has ends (53a) that protrude past the openings (43) and receive an insulation layer (35) of the wires (37). Resilient electrical contact members (51) are recessed from the grab rings (47) in the openings (43). The electrical contact members (51) have inner portions (75) biased into contact with the electrical wires (37) and outer portions (73) biased into contact with the conductor member (41).
