Disclosed are topical formulations comprising oligopeptide-68, encapsulated in vesicular structures selected from liposomes, niosomes, transfersomes and ethosomes, N-acetyl glucosamine and at least one UVA sunscreen, optionally combined with one or more UVB sunscreens, useful for the treatment of cases of acquired melanosis, post-inflammatory melanosis, UV-induced melanosis and photoaging which are resistant to treatment with common depigmenting substances.
