摘要：
This present invention describes extracellular vesicles derived from activated T cells can prime macrophages for enhanced pro-inflammatory response towards stimulation with STING agonists. Further, a direct anti-tumoral effect of extracellular vesicles derived from activated T cells prior to intratumorally injection of cGAMP is demonstrated.
