A bag holder including a main enclosure body configured with enclosed space to hold bags, the space being essentially surrounded by the main enclosure body, the main enclosure body having two ends proximate to each other which are separate by an opening and a member that connects to the main enclosure body and capable of extending outward to expose the member, wherein a system supports the position of the member and a user can selectively enclose the exposed bag. A method of use for the bag holder is also disclosed.
