Der zweite Wickelbereich (112) ist angrenzend an den ersten Wickelbereich (108) angeordnet, sodass ein Kabel in dem zweiten Wickelbereich (112) von einem Bereich nahe dem ersten Wickelbereich (108) nebeneinander aufwickelbar in Richtung der Austrittsronde (106) gegenläufig zu einer Wickelrichtung im ersten Wickelbereich (108) aufwickelbar ist. Dabei erstreckt sich der zweite Wickelbereich (112) über einen radialen Teil des Innenkörpers (104). Außerdem ist die Austrittsronde (106) eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Umdrehungen zusammen mit der Wickeleinheit (102) drehbar und um danach blockiert zu werden, sodass ein Kabel aus der Austrittsöffnung (114) herausgeschoben wird.

La base del soporte incluye una pareja de brazos (10) perpendiculares que determinan los medios de bloqueo para el carrete (1), el cual en su base incluye dos rebajes o acanaladuras (7) diametrales y perpendiculares entre sí encajables y desencajables en los brazos (10) de la base del soporte (2). De esta manera el carrete tenderá en todo momento a su posición de bloqueo, la cual se puede liberar presionando del carrete en sentido ascendente.
