Pharmaceutical compositions for topical use comprising diclofenac in the form of salt with epolamine, present at concentrations higher than 2.0% by weight are described. Such compositions provide, with respect to those currently available, a more complete absorption of the administered dose, reducing the dispersion of active ingredient and allowing to carry out treatments requiring the administration of high and accurate dosages.
