An artificial lift assembly includes an outer body, an inner body positioned at least partially within the outer body, and a first line in fluid communication with a first reservoir defined at least partially between the outer body and the inner body. The first line is configured to introduce a working fluid into the first reservoir to cause an upstroke of the inner body relative to the outer body, the inner body moves upward with respect to the outer body during the upstroke, which draws a wellbore fluid into a chamber defined at least partially between the outer body and the inner body, and the chamber is positioned below the first reservoir.
