The present disclosure provides a customs inspection and release system and method. The system comprises: a device layer comprising a plurality of devices for inspection and release, at least some of the plurality of devices being configured to detect a subject to generate detection data; an adaptor layer comprising a plurality of adaptors corresponding to the plurality of devices, respectively, each being configured to receive the detection data from its corresponding device and convert the detection data into an event in a form of a predetermined message service interface protocol; a message service layer comprising a message bus configured to receive events from the adaptor layer and construct event messages based on the events; and a processing control layer comprising a business logic unit configured to receive and process the event messages from the message bus, generate instructions associated with the event messages and transmit the instructions to the message service layer. The message service layer constructs instruction messages based on the received instructions and transmits the instruction messages to the adaptor layer. The adaptor layer converts the instruction messages into instructions in a form suitable for the corresponding devices and transmits the instructions to the device layer. The corresponding devices in the device layer operate based on the received instructions. Hence, the information obtained by the respective devices can be gathered together and monitored remotely via a uniform platform. In this way, the inspection and release efficiency can be improved and the labor cost can be reduced.

The method includes: displaying a three-dimensional CT image; receiving a selection by a user of at least one area of the three-dimensional CT image at a viewing angle; generating at least one set of three-dimensional objects in a depth direction based on the selection; and determining a target object from the set. With the above technical solutions, the user may be facilitated in marking a suspected object in a CT image in a quick manner.

The present invention discloses a corona discharge component, an ion mobility spectrometer, a computer program and a storage medium, wherein the corona discharge component includes an ionization discharge cavity, where the ionization discharge cavity includes a metal corona cylinder, and the metal corona cylinder is provided with an inlet of a to-be-analyzed gas and a ring-plate-shaped port which forms a non-uniform electric field with corona pins and has a round hole in the middle; and a rotating shaft is insulatively mounted on a cylinder wall of the metal corona cylinder, and is perpendicular to the axis line of the metal corona cylinder, and a turntable provided with multiple corona pins at its outer edge is arranged on an end part of the rotating shaft. The present invention also discloses an ion mobility spectrometer using the corona discharge component. The corona discharge component, the ion mobility spectrometer, the computer program and the storage medium provided by the present invention can prolong the service life of the whole corona discharge component, reduce the discharge voltage of an iron source and improve the discharge stability of the iron source, and can be manufactured in batches more easily as multiple corona pins are fixed on a PCB (printed circuit board) and the precision and stability of electrode positions can be achieved during installation relative to suspension installation of pin-shaped electrodes.

This invention provides a method for rapidly detecting volatile substances of very high concern (SVHCs) in a textile. Based on the ion mobility spectrometry technique, this method may achieve rapid detection of 11 kinds of volatile SVHCs within 1-6 minutes, respectively, by means of direct introduction of textile samples or in combination with an efficient and convenient solvent extraction pretreatment step. The detection limit is less than 100ppm, which absolutely satisfies the mass fraction limit of 1000ppm prescribed in REACH Regulation of the European Union. This method may greatly shorten detection periods of these volatile organics and enable the possibility to realize online detection for these substances.

The circular reflection target (9) is disposed to be coaxial with the circularly distributed electron beams, wherein the circularly distributed electron beams bombard the circular reflection target (9) to generate X-rays that intersect the axis of the circularly distributed electron beams. The discrimination of energy spectrum is higher and the result so obtained is more stable by using a photon counter detector to collect photon count projection data of a plurality of energy windows and thus it may be decomposed into a plurality of basis functions.
