摘要： The present invention relates to a machine for forming containers from pre-punched laminated cardboard. The machine comprises a forming station with a male part (3) with lateral guides (6) able to move horizontally and bodies (4, 5) for forming the lid and receptacle of the container; a mould (7) with lateral supports (11) on which front folders (8) are mounted with a body with an inclined surface (13) and on which articulated folders (9) are mounted with a pressing part (21) with tilting movement wherein the folders (8, 9) are facing pairs and the inclined surface (13) and the pressing surface (21) make contact with the laminated cardboard during forming; and two breakers (10) with a retractable breaking element (12) and that can be actuated with the movement of the vertical guides (6). The front folders (8), articulated folders (9) and breakers (10) comprise position adjusters for adapting the position thereof depending on the size and configuration of the container to be formed.

Lastly, the machine comprises an exit area (3) that incorporates another conveyor track (4).

摘要： A former of cardboard box corners in assembling machines from a die-cut cardboard sheet (1) provided with tabs (2) folded by means of a folding mechanism in cooperation with a fastening mechanism (3) to define a reinforcement on each corner of the box. The bending mechanism comprises a frame (15) capable of displacing vertically, which is provided with a horizontal beam (15a), both ends of which comprise a bending head (6), which includes a gusset plate (7), for bending the tab (2) of two corners of a same side of the box. The gusset plate (7) is attached to a gear to provide it with an angular bending movement of the tab. This configuration allows for forming the two corners in a single operation of vertical displacement, in an upward/downward direction, of the frame (15) and angular displacement, in a forward/backward direction, of the gusset plate (7).
