    摘要: The present application discloses a TNPC inverter device, comprising: a TNPC inverter module and a short circuit detecting module. The TNPC module at least comprises an inverting bridge arm and a bi-directional switching bridge arm. The inverting bridge arm comprises at least two switches connected in series; the bi-directional switching bridge arm comprises at least two switches. The short circuit detecting module mainly consists of two switch detecting unit corresponding to the two switches in the inverting bridge arm respectively. Increasing the voltage drop of the switches in the inverting bridge when a short circuit occurs in the TNPC module by some way, then it could realize the short circuit detecting module is able to detect all the paths of the short circuit in the TNPC module to simplify the peripheral circuit of the TNPC module in the TNPC inverter device.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a centralized charging cabinet, including: a charging cabinet, provided with an isolation area and a charging area therein; an isolation transformer, provided in the isolation area; and at least one charging unit, provided in the charging area, where each of the charging unit is electrically connected to a secondary winding of the isolation transformer through a plurality of first connection structures, and the plurality of first connection structures are located at a back region of the charging area. In the centralized charging cabinet, the isolation transformer is provided in the isolation area inside the charging cabinet, the charging unit is provided in the charging area inside the charging cabinet, which realizes a centralized layout of the isolation transformer and the charging unit and improves the space utilization. Disposing the charging unit in the charging cabinet can reduce a design requirement of a casing of the charging unit. In addition, dividing the charging area into the back region and the front region and disposing a power line connecting the isolation transformer and the charging unit at the back region that is not easily accessible, thereby achieving high-voltage area isolation and improving safety of the centralized charging cabinet.

The method includes connecting at least two power modules to form a modular system; each power module including a control module for sampling at least twice a common state variate, signs of slopes of the common state variate at a first and second sampling time are opposite, and a reference time of the first sampling time for each control module is the same; and regulating a carrier frequency of the power module according to a relative size between a sampled values at the first and second sampling time.
