The invention relates to an enclosed layered stack and to a method for producing said enclosed layered stack from a strip material (1) and several intermediate layers (2). Said method comprises the following steps: a) the strip material (1) is wounded onto a mandrel (3) in order to produce a multilayered winding, the intermediate layers (2) being bent about at most 180° during the winding process and arranged on top of each other, between the winding layers (4); b) the layered stack is clamped into a housing (6) in such a way that the intermediate layers (2) are pressed together without buckling. The invention also relates to the use of this method for producing batteries, accumulators or capacitors. The invention can be used particularly advantageously for producing electrolyte capacitors with cuboidal housings.

A method for the production of multi-layered constructions with repeating layer sequences is disclosed, whereby a band shaped support layer (1) is partially separated into individual sections each of the same size, whereby a stable connection (4) remains between the individual sections. After a continuous application of at least one further material layer (6) on the surface for the support material, the individual sections are completely separated either by cutting or stamping out. The multi-layer construction is obtained by stacking the multi-layer sections one on top of the other, whereby optionally a further intermediate layer may be added between two multi-layer sections.

The invention relates to a method for producing a composite electrode for electrochemical components, said electrode comprising a layer (2, 14) applied to a metallic film (3). To produce a bond between the metallic film (3) and the layer (2, 14), a surface section (1) of said layer (2) is pressed into the softened metallic film (3) up to a partial depth (D) of said layer (2) and the metallic film (3) is softened during the pressing process. The invention also relates to a composite electrode. The ohmic resistance of the composite electrode can be advantageously reduced as a result of the pressing of surface sections (1) of the layer (2, 14) into the metallic film (3).
