    摘要： The invention relates to a substrate unit (100), in particular for the cryopreservation of a biological sample (1) containing biological cells (2, 2.1, 2.2), comprising a substrate platform (10) having a front side and a back side, wherein the front side of the substrate platform (10) has a cultivation surface (11) for receiving the biological sample (1), a first chamber (20), which comprises the cultivation surface (11) of the substrate platform (10), wherein the first chamber (20) is configured for receiving a cultivation liquid (3), a second chamber (30), which is configured for receiving a temperature control medium (5), and a chamber bracket (50) for receiving the substrate unit (100) in a cryopreservation device in a pivotable manner, wherein the first chamber (20) and the second chamber (30) are connected to each other in an adjacent manner, and the substrate platform (10) forms a separating wall between the first chamber (20) and the second chamber (30), and wherein the back side of the substrate platform (10) faces the second chamber (30). The invention further relates to a cryopreservation device (200), in which the substrate unit (100) is arranged in rotatable manner, and a method for the cryopreservation of a biological sample (1).
