摘要: A lower structure of automotive body of an automobile according to the present invention is a lower structure of automotive body of an automobile including a specific component including a side sill 1, in which the side sill 1 has a structure in which a closed sectional space 3 is partitioned into two closed sectional spaces 3a and 3b in a vehicle width direction by a partition member 2, and the side sill further has an impact absorbing structure A constituted by a pair of sectionally groove-shaped members 4a and 4b that are joined to the partition member 2 in a state where the partition member 2 is sandwiched from both sides in the closed sectional spaces 3a and 3b and form closed sectional spaces 5a and 5b respectively with the partition member 2, and bulkheads 6 that are provided in the closed sectional spaces 5a and 5b along the vehicle width direction to partition the closed sectional spaces 5a and 5b. The bulkheads 6 in the closed sectional spaces 5a and 5b are provided under a predetermined arrangement condition, and each bulkhead 6 is joined to at least the sectionally groove-shaped members 4a and 4b.

摘要: A crash energy absorption part 1 for an automobile according to the present invention is provided in a front portion or a rear portion of an automotive body, and absorbs crash energy when a crash load is input from a front or a rear of the automotive body. The crash energy absorption part 1 includes a top portion 5a, a tubular member 3 including a side wall portion 5c continuous to the top portion 5a via a shoulder part of a punch 5b, and a resin 9 applied or patched to at least an inner surface of the shoulder part of a punch 5b of the tubular member 3. The resin 9 has a thickness gradually changing in an axial direction from one end side toward the other end side. A thickest portion of the thickness is 8 mm or less and the resin is bonded to the inner surface with an adhesive strength of 10 MPa or more and is axially crushed when the crash load is input.
