摘要： A parts feeding apparatus of the piezoelectric drive type consists of a base (20), a plurality of bimorph cell assemblies (22) each including a leaf spring (23) the lower end of which is fixed to the base (20) and two piezoelectric elements (24) each fixed on respective sides of each leaf spring (23) to vibrate each leaf spring (23) when AC voltage is applied to the piezoelectric elements (24), and a conveyor (26) connected with the upper end of each connecting member (30). Furthermore, the upper end of each bimorph cell assembly (22) is connected with the lower end of each connecting member (30) so that the vibration of each bimorph cell assembly (22) is transmitted to the conveyor (26) to feed articles placed on it. Each connecting member (30) has lower bending stiffness than each leaf spring (23) by forming one or more semicircular cut-out portions 130a) in it or selecting its thickness or its material so that an external force acting on each piezoelectric element (24) in vibration is decreased.
