摘要： The invention relates to a dressing essentially comprising: a non-woven absorbent compress formed by a mixture of (i) thermobonding, non-absorbent, bicomponent fibres of the core/shell type, the core being polyester (polyethylene terephthalate PET) and the shell being polyethylene; bicomponent superabsorbent fibres of the core/shell type with a polyacrylonitrile core and a polyacrylate shell; and a mesh made from a hydrocolloid elastomer mass, partially covering the compress surface intended to be placed in contact with the wound. The product is particularly suitable for promoting the cicatrization of chronic wounds, with optimised cleaning.

摘要： The present invention relates to an adhesive interface bandage intended for direct application to a wound. This adhesive interface bandage comprises a cohesive non-adherent gel formed of a hydrophobic elastomeric matrix composed of a triblock elastomer such as styrene - (ethylene - butylene) - styrene or styrene (ethylene - propylene) - styrene, optionally combined with a diblock copolymer such as styrene - (ethylene - butylene) or styrene (ethylene - propylene). Said elastomer is highly plasticised using a mineral oil, and contains a low amount of hydrophilic particles of a hydrocolloid dispersed therein. The adhesive interface bandage additionally comprises a flexible, open-mesh fabric that contains threads coated in the cohesive non-adherent gel such that the mesh is substantially unblocked, characterised in that the fabric is a heat-set knit with weft threads, said threads being continuous threads with non-elastic filaments. In the transverse direction, said fabric has an extensibility measured according to standard EN 13726-4 in the range of 0.01 and 0.5 N/cm.
