Thus, in operation, a braking force is applied to the lever (6) as it returns to the initial position.

The wires (8) are guided by a front end guide (6) disposed in a nose guide (18) in a nose (1). There are a number of ways disclosed of supporting the wires (8) in a resiliently oscillatable manner including a resiliently oscillatable nose guide, nose and a front end guide.
