The bag (14) is provided with a hot-fusing resin layer (24), a metallic layer (22) provided on the outside of the layer (24), and an electrolyte blocking insulating layer (26). The insulating layer (26) is composed of nylon or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and has low miscibility with the non-aqueous electrolyte (20). Therefore, the sealing property of the bag (14) is improved, because the electrolyte (20) blocking property of the heat-sealed part (12) of the bag (14) is improved.

At least heat-sealed part (12) of the bag has a layer made of maleic-acid-modified polyolefin. Maleic-acid-modified polyolefin has a low moisture absorption and a low compatibility with the electrolyte (20). Therefore, the bag (14) has a high sealability because the non-aqueous electrolyte and steam blocking properties of the bag (14) are improved.

A member for leads comprising thin flat conductors is liable to bend and curl, and mistransfer of the member may occur because of the thinness when the member is transferred by vacuum chuck. Therefore, automatic mounting is hindered. According to the invention, the mistransfer is prevented and automatic mounting is realized while making use of the high space factor. A member for leads has an insulation film and flat conductors parallel arranged on and secured to the insulating film at predetermined pitches. A flat section (7) for vacuum-chuck transfer is provided separately from the surface including the ends and is formed by bending the lead in such a way that the bending lines (an inward bending line (5) and an outward bending line (6)) are straight lines.

A tape-like optical fiber core comprising a plurality of optical fiber cores (2) arranged flatly, and flame-retardant film, (4a, 4b) to integrate these cores (2). An adhesive layer (5) is formed on the flame-retardant films (4a, 4b) to integrate the flatly-arranged cores (2). The tape-like optical fiber core (1), which is formed as above and uses flame-retardant films, can reduce a tape thickness and can be easily separated into single cores when the tape is peeled off.
