    摘要: A sensor array has cells, each with a sensing element (12, 14, 16) and a switching element (22). The sensing element includes a charge collection electrode (12). An anticoupling layer (30) between the charge collection electrodes and the data lines (20) is structured to reduce capacitive coupling between the electrodes and the data lines below a threshold level at which crosstalk is unacceptable. If charge collection electrodes overlap data lines, the anticoupling layer can reduce capacitive coupling so that crosstalk is no greater than 2%. The anticoupling layer can be a dielectric layer with dielectric constant less than 6 and with thickness greater than 1.5 µm, with the dielectric constant being sufficiently low and the thickness sufficiently great that the anticoupling layer reduces capacitive coupling below the threshold level. Or the anticoupling layer can include a fixed potential sublayer of conductive material, electrically connected to circuitry that holds it at a fixed potential; the fixed potential sublayer therefore reduces capacitive coupling below the threshold level.

    摘要: A system includes a sensor array (22) with scan lines (32), data lines (34), and, for each cell (30), a sensing element (40) and a switching element (44). Each sensing element includes a charge collection electrode (42). The sensing elements are stimulated during an interval in which data lines are electrically connected to a fixed potential, reducing induced charge and crosstalk. The stimulation (56) could, for example, be x-ray radiation. Then, during a following interval, a scan signal has a duty interval after which signals are read out from the data lines. During stimulation, the data lines can be connected to ground or can be connected to virtual ground by resetting their sense amplifiers.
