    摘要: A laser beam irradiation device which permits general users to operate it safely by providing a laser beam emitting control circuit with very strict safety measures. For a safe operation, a head unit (H) is projectingly provided on the front surface, and a pressing switch (S4) is attached to the side surface. The head unit (H) comprises a spherical lens (31) fittingly inserted into an opening at the center thereof, and a forward cylinder (32) integrally attached to the outer periphery of the spherical lens (31) so as to come into contact with the skin at the tip end thereof. A cylindrical electrode (33) is buried in the tip end of the forward cylinder (32) so as to project forward at the tip end thereof beyond the opening end surface. A heat sink (34) is provided in the rear of the spherical lens (31), and a semiconductor laser diode (35) is fittingly inserted into the inner portion of a through hole made in the axis of the heat sink. A fan (36) for cooling the heat sink (34) is installed behind it.
