The disclosure provides a match-rule based service message transfer method and system in the IPTV, to address the problems in the IPTV message system of message storing and backlog, low push efficiency and poor usability. In the disclosure, match fields are arranged in a set-top box and a service message to be sent, the service message is sent by means of broadcast or multicast, the set-top box performs matching for the match fields based on the match rule, and filters the message. The disclosure avoids sending a service message by means of unicast, increases the push efficiency and can greatly reduce the storage load of offline messages in a message system. The formed message may be sent according to a single or combined policy which depends on a specific service attribute, thereby greatly facilitating the service operation.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for realizing a video information preview, a client and a storage medium. The method for realizing a video information preview comprises: when it is detected that a progress bar is dragged, according to position information about dragging, positioning corresponding preview information from a description file, wherein the description file is used for describing the preview information; and presenting the positioned preview information. By means of the embodiments of the present disclosure, video information preview is independently completed at the client, without the participation of a player and a CDN, thus facilitating service promotion.

The present invention discloses a method and system for implementing message services of an interactive Internet Protocol television (IPTV), wherein, an IPTV message system receives message from an IPTV system and/or an external network element system, and according to user information and whether a set top box user is in a power-on state, forwards the received message to a set top box corresponding to the user information or a receiving terminal bound to the set top box user. If the set top box is not in the power-on state, whether the set top box user has other terminal binding services is further judged, if not, an offline email is sent to the set top box user; if yes, the message are sent to the other terminals bound to the set top box user, and the message made by the system are displayed on the other terminals. In the present invention, service and function expansion is performed on aspects of message sources and receiving terminals and so on, and services of the IPTV system are enriched.
