摘要： Provided is a single-knit knitted fabric including a course having both of a mesh-jacquard structure and a pile-jacquard structure. A method for knitting a single-knit knitted fabric includes: at a first feeder (F1), feeding a first yarn (11, 15) and selecting a cylinder needle for knitting; and, at a second feeder (F2), feeding a second yarn (12, 16) and selectively performing three steps (i) to (iii) below in the same course, i.e., (i) selecting the cylinder needle for knitting (9k) and selecting a sinker for pilling (10p), thereby forming a pile loop (12p), (ii) selecting the cylinder needle for knitting (9k) and selecting a sinker for non-pilling (10n), thereby forming a knit loop (12k), and (iii) selecting the cylinder needle for welting (9w) and selecting a sinker for non-pilling (10n), thereby forming a mesh-looking welt (12w).

摘要： Provided is a double fleece knit fabric that combines features of both Jacquard knitting of a mesh pattern with concavity and convexity on the face side and double fleece knitting on the back side, of a ground fabric composed of double-fleece-knitted tie-in loops and knit-in loops. In a double fleece knit fabric composed of three kinds of yarns consisting of inlay tie-in, and knit-in yarns, produced on a circular knitting machine, a tie-in yarn is either knitted or welted, and a knit-in yarn is all knitted. It is preferable that an inlay yarn, a tie-in yarn, and a knit-in yarn that are successively arranged are taken as one block, the tie-in yarn in the same wale as the wale where the inlay yarn is welted is either knitted or welted, and the tie-in yarn in the same wale as the wale where the inlay yarn is tucked is knitted, and the knit-in loops are overlapped and intertwined thereon.

摘要： A yarn-feeding means used in a circular knitting machine for plating knitting im which a ground yarn (18a) acid an elastic yam (16a) are knitted together. The yam feeding means comprise a first yarn-feeding device (15a) that feeds the ground yam (18a), a second yarn-feeding device (15b) that feeds the elastic yarn (16a) and a guide roller (8b) that guides the elastic yam (16a). 摘要： An automatic fabric-density adjusting device is provided and includes a detecting device for detecting the rotary movement of a knitting machine (30), a driving mechanism for driving a positive yam feeding device (90) in response to the signal detected by said detecting device, a controller (150) for controlling the driving mechanism to cause said yam feeding device to feed a requisite yam volume for the desired fabric, and a fabric tension sensor for detecting variations in the tension of the knit fabric and signalling the controller (150) to vary the take-up of the fabric accordingly. An automatic yam-feeding control device is also provided and comprises the yam-feeding device (90) which supplies knitting yam (Y) to the knitting needles via a yam carrier, a cylinder, which houses the knitting needles in its needle grooves, a cam holder, which faces the cylinder and is equipped with a control cam for controlling the knitting needles, and a cam ring, which supports the cam holder, and a yam tension sensor (81) for determining variations in tension and for signalling the controller (150) to vary the knit stitch volume.

摘要： A double knit circular knitting machine (20) has a first needle bed (24) in which transfer needles (26) are mounted and a second bed (21) in which ordinary needles (23) devoid of transfer function are mounted in a double density to that of the transfer needles (26) for knitting a high density fabric in any one of several predetermined patterns. The high density fabric is knitted by utilizing the transfer and ordinary needles (26,23) to form courses of stitch loops and, as dictated by the pattern, to transfer stitch loops from selected transfer needles (26) to correspondingly selected ordinary needles (23).
