摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a metal bellows-type accumulator in which reduced durability due to a metal bellows (2) vibrating in the radial direction and contacting the inner circumferential surface (11 a) of an outer shell (1) does not occur. To achieve said purpose, the bellows-type accumulator is provided with: an outer shell (1), on one end of which a pressure-introducing passage (C) is opened; a metal bellows (2) which is capable of expanding and contracting in the axial direction, comprises ridges (211) facing radially outward and troughs (212) facing inward formed alternately in the axial direction, and has one end (21 a) in the axial direction fixed to the outer shell (1), wherein the metal bellows (2) separates the inner chamber of the outer shell (1) into a pressure introduction chamber (A) that is in communication with the pressure-introducing passage (C) and a gas chamber (B) in which a cushioning gas is sealed; and a support member (3), which is disposed on the inner circumference of the metal bellows (2) and is obtained from a cushioning material that is fixed to the outer shell (1). The gap in the radial direction between the troughs (212) of the metal bellows (2) and the outer circumferential surface of the support member (3) is smaller than the gap in the radial direction between the ridges (211) of the metal bellows (2) and the inner circumferential surface (11 a) of the outer shell (1).

摘要: The present invention reduces the number of components in a mechanism for absorbing pressure fluctuations during liquid expansion, simplifies assembly, and reduces component costs. In order to do so, this accumulator has a seal holder provided in a bellows cap, and a plate-shaped seal held by the seal holder. The seal holder is provided with an inward-facing flange-shaped outer-circumferential-side engaging part, while the seal is provided with an outward-projection-shaped inner-circumferential-side engaging part which comprises a rubber elastic, engages the outer-circumferential-side engaging part, and is provided on the outer circumference of the seal body. When a liquid expands inside a liquid chamber while the liquid chamber is closed, the outer-circumferential-side engaging part elastically deforms the inner-circumferential-side engaging part, the seal remains seated on the seating surface as a result of the difference between the pressure-receiving surface areas on both surfaces thereof, and the bellows cap moves to a position at which the liquid pressure and the gas pressure are balanced.

摘要: A high pressure separator/accumulator that uses dual bellows is provided. The dual bellows are not mechanically linked but rather operationally coupled through a fluid medium. The high pressure separators includes a housing defining a first internal space. The housing is in fluid communication with a first fluid system and a second fluid system. A first bellows is coupled to the interior of the separator and defines a space with a variable volume. The space is in fluid communication with the first fluid system. A second bellows is coupled to the interior of the separator, generally opposed to the first bellows, and defines a space with a variable volume. The space is in fluid communication with the second fluid system. The two fluid systems, however, are isolated from each other by the separator. The housing is charged with a fluid medium that transmits force between the first and second bellows.

摘要: A hydraulic accumulator, especially a pulsation damper, comprises a metal bellows (19) that has a terminal element (35) which can be displaced along the wall of a housing (1) at least on one bellows end (31) during expansion and compression of the bellows (19), a guiding means (47) being interposed between the terminal element and the housing (1). Said guiding means comprises, on at least one peripheral zone of the terminal element (35), on its outer periphery, first annular sections (51) that are radially spaced apart from the wall of the housing (1) and that are separated from each other by second annular sections (53) that radially project over the first annular sections (51). The terminal element (35) is axially elongated by a peripheral sleeve part (63) which extends towards the immobile bellows end (29), the end of the sleeve part (63) resting as a stop element on a part (25) which is fixed to the housing when the bellows (19) is compressed. The accumulator is characterized in that the bellows (19), on the end of the bellows (29) opposite the mobile terminal element (35), is immobilized on a retaining ring (25) which is fixed to the housing, the end of the sleeve part (63) abutting on said end. The guiding means comprises an annular element (47) an annular part (49) thereof forming the first annular section (51) engaging in a peripheral groove (45) on the terminal element (35). The annular groove is positioned axially off-set on the terminal element (35) away from the immobile bellows end (29) in the direction increasing the distance to the retaining ring (25).

摘要: A hydraulic accumulator with an accumulator housing (1), in the interior of which a metal bellows (3) is arranged, the metal bellows having a plurality of membrane discs (17, 19), the edges of which are alternately connected to one another by weld seams (21, 23), and the metal bellows forming a movable separating element between a gas side and a fluid side, the volumes of which are changeable by means of extension and compression of the metal bellows (3) taking place in the axial direction. The hydraulic accumulator is characterized in that, in at least some of the membrane discs (17, 19), the weld seams (21, 23) are dimensioned in such a manner that the thickness of the weld seams (21, 23), as measured in the direction of the thickness of the membrane discs (17, 19), is at most the same as the entire thickness of the membrane discs (17 and 19) to be welded together.
