摘要： A surface acoustic wave device comprises on a piezoelectric substrate an interdigital transducer having an interdigital sending electrode part (1') in the formed direction and an interdigital reflecting electrode part (2') in the reverse direction. An electrical phase difference of 0 (radian) is applied between the sending and reflecting electrode parts while a distance (6') between the sending and reflecting electrode parts providing a geometrical phase difference therebetween is established to be where n is a positive integer and λ 0 is the wavelength of surface acoustic wave.
