摘要:
A device for condensing volatile organic compounds (VOC) from a storage or transport tank (4) into oil from the same or another storage or transport tank (4) via a downcomer (6), where the upper part (8) of the downcomer (6), which upper part has a cross sectional area that is essentially unreduced, is connected to a gas pipe (14), the gas pipe (14) communicating with the upper part (16) of the storage or transport tank (4), and where the upper part (8) of the downcomer (6) is arranged at a sufficient height above the upper part (16) of the storage or transport tank (4) to cause an inflow of gas from the upper part (16) of the storage or transport tank (4) due to the underpressure created in the upper pat (8) of the downcomer (6) when oil flows down through the downcomer (6).

The invention relates to a process for absorbing vapours and gasses by controlling overpressure in storage tanks (15) during filling, transport and storing of fluids in liquid form. The process includes leading of gass down to the bottom of the tank (15), where a major part of the gas being absorbed in the tank’s own liquid in an absorption device (18) or optionally that the liquid are being supplied from an external source.

The flexible covering is intended for gas storage devices with variable volume and rigid and preferably circular walls (40). The covering is comprised of a gas-tight sheet (42, 45) which may be held in any position by means of a straightening ring (46) while keeping its shape, and in sealing contact (43) with the wall at approximately half the height of the gas volume (G). The cover part (42) of the sheet is tensioned inside the ring (46) as a spherical calotte while its peripheral part (45) extends along the wall upon filling the gas storage device. The load required to obtain the gas pressure may be provided by the ring (46) itself or by weights which may be suspended thereto directly or by means of sheaves (62). Such gas storage devices are appropriate to be incorporated in an aerobic fermentation plant wherein the level (N) of fermentation substrate (B) provides for the lower sealing of the gas volume. The load (60) may be provided by a device for mixing a fermentation substrate or for breaking a supernatant. In order to avoid thermal loss in the fermentation vat, the sheet is provided with a thermal insulation (W).

The present invention provides a safe, environment-friendly, energy-saving fuel-filling device which at least comprises of a double-wall fuel-storage tank ( 1 ) with explosion-resistant separating materials filling in the tank inner cavity and the tank wall interlayer. The fuel outlet pipe ( 11 ) of the fuel-storage tank is connected with the fuel dispenser ( 2 ). A skid body ( 3 ) is set up under the fuel-storage tank and the fuel dispenser. A hood body ( 5 ) is set up encasing the skid body. The fuel dispenser is in split installation, which consists of a digital electronic display( 21 ), a fuel pump case body ( 22 ) and a fuel injector ( 23 ). The digital electronic display and the fuel injector are set up on the outer side of the hood body wall. The fuel pump case body is set up in the space formed inside of the hood body and outside of the fuel-storage tank and is fixed on the skid body. The fuel outlet pipe of the fuel-storage tank is connected to the fuel pump case body. The fuel outlet hose on the fuel pump case body is connected to the fuel injector through the wall hole of the hood body. A fuel gas recovery device ( 6 ) is set up on the fuel-storage tank, which comprises a breather valve ( 62 ) set up on the fuel-storage tank and connected with the fuel-storage tank through a breather valve pipeline. A triple valve( 63 ) is mounted on the breather valve pipeline( 61 ). One end of the triple valve is connected with the fuel gas recovery hose. During the process of transfusing fuel from the tank truck to the fuel-storage tank, the nozzle of the fuel gas recovery hose is joined to the fuel gas recovery hose of tank truck. In the fuel-filling device of present invention, a fuel dispenser in split installation is fixed on the hood body of the skid body, a explosion-resistant separating material filled in the tank wall interlayer and in the inner cavity, so that the floor area is greatly reduced and the intrinsic safety of the fuel-storage tank is guaranteed. The hood body on the skid body may be designed in diversified shapes and patterns according to the requirements of peripheral environment, so as to enhance the visual safety effect. Because of the special arrangement of the fuel gas recovery device, during the process of fuel transfusion from tank truck to storage tank fuel gas can be recovered in enclosed condition to avoid the volatilization of fuel gas in fuel-storage tank and effectively reduce the contamination and damage to the atmosphere, thus the invention has indeed realized the objective of safety, environmental protection, energy conservation.

A process and system for the recovery of vapour from a vessel holding a volatile liquid. The delivery of liquid to a vessel (6) iscarried out such that at least one zone of negative pressure is created by the movement of the liquid whereby any vapour in the vessel is drawn into the liquid and returned to the vessel therein. The process and system is particularly suitable for recovering vapours from a tank as fuel is delivered to the tank.
