摘要: An electromagnetic device (10) for an elevator brake, an elevator brake and an elevator system are disclosed. The electromagnetic device is configured to be provided in the number of at least two in the elevator brake, and each of the electromagnetic devices includes: a fixed member (11), which is fixed relative to an elevator power device (30) and provided with at least one electromagnetic member for providing an electromagnetic force (F2) after being energized; a movable member (12), which is arranged between the fixed member and a friction member (20) of the elevator brake, and arranged to be movable relative to the fixed member; and a force supply member (14), which is arranged to provide a force (F1) in an opposite direction to the electromagnetic force to the movable member, so that when the elevator brake is in a first state, the movable member is driven by the force to move toward the friction member and bring the friction member into contact with the elevator power device to provide a braking force for stopping an elevator car, and when the elevator brake is in a second state, the electromagnetic force is provided to overcome the force to urge the movable member to move toward the fixed member so that the friction member is out of contact with the elevator power device.

摘要: This disclosure relates to an electromagnetic brake (22) configured to slow a deceleration rate of a passenger conveyer, such as an elevator car, during braking. In particular, this disclosure relates to a passenger conveyer system including the electromagnetic brake (22) and a corresponding method. An example system includes a controller (28) and an electromagnetic brake (22). The electromagnetic brake (22) includes a disc (32) configured to interface with a drive shaft, a spring (38), and a plate (36) biased in a first direction (Di) into engagement with the disc (32) by a bias force of the spring (38). The electromagnetic brake (22) further includes an electromagnet (42) selectively activated in response to a command from the controller (28) to produce a magnetic field attracting the plate (36) in a second direction (D 2 ) opposite the first direction (Di) to partially offset the bias force of the spring (38). Further, when the electromagnet (42) is activated, the plate (36) engages the disc (32).

The invention can be used to effectively decrease the influence of vibration and impact and reduce noise, and a better anti-aging performance can be achieved.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for diagnosis and/or maintenance of a brake configured to apply braking force to a hoisting machine of a transportation system. The method comprises:
- controlling the brake to start a brake control action, e.g. an opening and/or a closing action of the brake;
- monitoring the brake to detect a response of the brake to the brake control action, wherein in case of the response the response is detected in a predefined manner;
- measuring a brake operating time interval from a first point in time of starting of the brake control action until a second point in time of monitoring the brake to detect the response; and,
- if either the response has not been detected until the brake operating time interval reaches and/or exceeds a predetermined threshold or the response has been detected after the brake operating time interval reaches and/or exceeds the predetermined threshold, establishing an information indicating that an operation of the brake should be modified.
Another aspect of the invention is a computer program realizing the method and a brake apparatus configured to execute the method.-
