Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, dass die Geometrie der Kanäle (34) einer Lagerbrücke (22) und der Öffnungsquerschnitt der Öffnungen (24) der hydrostatischen Einheiten (13, 14) des hydrostatischen Getriebes (4), vorzugsweise mittels einer Computational Fluid Dynamics-, CFD-, Simulation, derart strömungsoptimiert ausgestaltet sind, dass in allen Betriebspunkten des hydromechanischen Getriebes (2) ein hydraulisches Fluid zur Übertragung einer Antriebsleistung in einem Übergangsbereich (37) von den Kanälen (34) der Lagerbrücke (22) zu den Öffnungen (24) der hydrostatischen Einheiten (13, 14) laminar strömt.

    摘要: A load cancelling hydrostatic system is disclosed comprising at least two hydrostatic modules coupled in parallel. Each hydrostatic module comprises input and output hydraulic piston drive units, each of which is coupled to its respective unit in the other module by common drive shafts. The pistons in a hydraulic piston drive unit of one module are coupled together with those in the respective unit of the other module with a timing angle of about 0°. The design advantageously cancels any axial imbalances and allows for use of radial drive shaft bearings which support an essentially purely radial load. In turn, greater power density and system efficiency can be obtained.

    摘要: A hydrostatic stepless transmission ("HST") includes a center casing into which a plunger block of a hydraulic pump and a plunger block of a hydraulic motor are inserted. Plunger ports are open and aligned peripherally on an outer peripheral surface of each plunger block. A pair of main fluid passages of a closed fluid circuit fluidly connecting the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor are formed in opposite side portions of the center casing. Each of the main fluid passage includes peripheral grooves formed on an inner peripheral surface of the center casing so as to face the plunger ports of the respective plunger blocks, and includes an axial fluid duct formed to be interposed between the peripheral grooves. A bearing gap is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the center casing and the outer peripheral surface of the plunger block so as to cause a dynamic pressure action of fluid.

    摘要: A hydrostatic continuously variable transmission (CVT) is configured by connecting a swash plate type plunger hydraulic pump (P) and a swash plate type plunger hydraulic motor (M) via a hydraulic closed circuit, an inclined angle of a swash plate (31) of the hydraulic motor (M) is variably controlled, and continuous shift control is executed. There is provided a lock-up mechanism (90) that closes the hydraulic closed circuit so as to make lockup executed when the quantity of oil that flows from the hydraulic pump (P) into the hydraulic motor (M) decreases according to variable control over the inclined angle of the swash plate (31) and the input rotation of the hydraulic pump (P) and the output rotation of the hydraulic motor (M) are substantially synchronous. The lock-up mechanism (90) is operated when lockup control oil pressure is applied and closes the hydraulic closed circuit, however, a lockup control oil passage (131,132,133) that supplies the lockup control oil pressure is provided with an opening (134a) opened and closed according to the inclination of the swash plate (31) and the opening (134a) is closed when the inclined angle of the swash plate (31) is in the vicinity of an angle in a upright condition.
