摘要: A parallel adjustment assembly is provided for a scroll compressor which includes an orbiting scroll (18) and a fixed scroll (14). The parallel adjustment assembly includes a housing (24) and an eccentric guide shaft (32) having opposed first and second ends. A step (44) is defined by the eccentric guide shaft at an intermediate position along the shaft. A first bearing (34) is fixedly mounted on the housing. The first bearing rotatably mounts the first end of the eccentric guide shaft. The eccentric guide shaft is moveable axially with respect to the first bearing. A biasing member (37) biases the eccentric guide shaft in a direction toward the fixed scroll. A positioner (38), which is made integral with the eccentric guide shaft, precisely positions the eccentric guide shaft in the thrust direction.

A shutter device (5) incorporated into the skin perforator prevents repeated use of the device.

摘要: A reciprocating pump, comprising a reciprocating motor (12) having a housing body (14) which includes an open first end (16) and a base (24) at the first end, the base substantially closing that end of the housing. The motor also includes a reciprocating member (18) which is movable through a housing body chamber (17). The pump includes a pump outlet body (40) having first and second ends (41, 42), a pumped fluid outlet port between the ends and a passage (43) joining said ends and adapted to receive the end of the reciprocating member. The outlet body (40) is connected to the pump base (24) and the pump also includes a pump member (60) flow connected to the second end (42) of the outlet body. The pump member has a movable check (64) for displacing the pumped fluid to the outlet, the movable check being operatively connected to the end of said reciprocating member and the check also having a width that is less than the minimum width of the passage (43) so that the check is serviceable with the reciprocating pump in line.

摘要: A clamp yoke formed from a flat piece of metal. The flat piece being approximately T-shaped which is bent into the clamp yoke. The top portion of the T forming the yoke ears and the vertical portion forming two approximately parallel shaft portions. The yoke ears each having a bearing bore therein and the shaft portions each having a shaft receiving bore therein. The clamp yoke can be provided with a bolt having a reduced diameter middle which allows a shaft to be inserted into the shaft receiving bores without removing the bolt. The bolt is then tightened, drawing the larger diameter portion into the center of the clamp yoke where the bolt engages a transversely relieved portion on the shaft to axially retain the shaft.

The cover assembly and the fins of the orbiting scroll form air passageways between the plurality of fins. A shroud assembly (22) surrounds the fixed and orbiting scrolls. The shroud assembly defines an interior portion (D) around the fixed and orbiting scrolls, an intake aperture (A) and a plurality of exhaust apertures (E, F). The shroud assembly has an exterior surface portion having a plurality of involutes formed thereon. The involutes define a plurality of air passageways (C) which communicate with the interior portion of the shroud assembly. A fan (30) draws a continuous volume of cooling air through the intake aperture, and accelerates the continuous volume of cooling air through the passageways defined by the involutes.
