The winding device (13) is adapted to perform a second unwinding operation to unwind the spun yarn (Y) from the package (P) by reversely rotating the package (P) after the suction mouth (28) finishes the yarn guiding operation and before the splicer (26) starts the yarn joining operation. The suction mouth (28) sucks the spun yarn (Y) from the package (P) while a reverse rotation mechanism (33) is performing the second unwinding operation.

    摘要: A continuous spin-draw-winding process to prepare a drawn polyester yarn suitable for use in high-speed tires and run-flat tires having high energy to break in combination with a good dimensional stability, comprising extruding molten polyester through spinning holes in a spinneret to form a bundle of molten spun filaments, solidifying the spun filaments by a gaseous cooling medium, fixing the spinning speed of the solidified filaments at a first godet in the range of 4050 to 5000 m/min, drawing the solidified filaments to a winding speed in the range of 6800 to 8000 m/min to form drawn filaments. The drawn polyester yarn has a high amorphous orientation distribution, a high crystallinity and a coarse structure. Dipped cords comprising such polyester drawn yarns exhibit excellent dimensional stability at higher temperatures.

    摘要: A protective suit fabric of the present invention is a heat-resistant flame-retardant protective suit fabric, which is formed of a spun yarn. The fiber blend rate is: 25-75 mass% of polyetherimide fiber (A); 20-50 mass% of at least one fiber (B) selected from wool and flame-retardant rayon; and 5 to 25 mass% of para-aramid fiber (C). The spun yarn for forming the fabric is a two-fold yarn (20) prepared by twisting: 1) a single yarn (24) of a uniform blended spun yarn including the fiber components (A) and (B); and 2) a single yarn (23) of a sheath-core spun yarn including a core (21) of stretch-broken spun yarn of the para-aramid fiber (C) and a sheath (22) formed by blend-spinning the polyetherimide fiber (A) and the at least one fiber (B) selected from wool and flame-retardant rayon. The protective suit fabric has high washing resistance. The protective suit fabric provides favorable comfort in wearing even if the suit is worn in the hot seasons or even if the wearer perspires during exertion. The fabric has high heat resistance and high flame retardance, favorable dye affinity, and the fabric can be produced at a low cost. Also a spun yarn used for the fabric is provided.
